had a call from a great lady saying that she had a softener and could we have a look. Great softener but. The but is the 'installer' had covered her stopcock and all of her other isolators. Added to that he had used very long hoses that filled her cupboard. Remember to make sure your water softener company use qualified plumbers.

The new job looks like this, everything excess able and a Push Button Stop Cock ( surestop)  

Happy customer now she has one place to come for service and salt.
