We have been fitting water softeners for over 20 years. It is a real family affair with my wife working in the office and my son who has moved on from selling softeners to his teachers to working in the Showroom and warehouse.

This Year I am the Chairman of The Association of Independent Water Softener Experts. This was set up to help customers find the best local water softener expert, as a source of usual information for customers and as a hub for experts to increase their knowledge and training. All of our work is undertaken in house we do not believe that we can offer great service if we sub contract out, its just not possible so all of our staff are fully employed and trained by us. We try at all times to give our customers what they want, but we like to have a smile and a giggle so check out our diary.

Our aim is to sell the very best softeners with great service and after sales care. I spend a lot of my time sourcing great products from well known companies. You will not find any internet bargains here but just great products.

My name is Paul Webb and I was born and bred in Dorset. The best place in the world. I have been working on water softeners for as long as I can remember. I love them which is a bit sad as my wife regularly reminds me.

I am a qualified carpenter, plumber and gas engineer and  over the years as well as being sadly obsessed with softeners I have also build several houses, worked in the bright lights of London, owned a kitchen company, been involved in charity work and taken an interest in my local community.
